Anthony Malkin has been delivering leadership training for over 40 years both in a military environment and in civilian life. The principles of leadership are relevant in both spheres of activity and underpin the essential human relationships in most organisations.

Anthony Malkin has proven his leadership ability in various leadership appointments ranging from command of a group of 30 soldiers as a young officer to 650 as a battalion commander. He has held leadership appointments in the Omani Armed Forces, the German Army and in NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation) appointments where he had to lead a group of multinational military officers.

He has been the Director of Training at the British Army’s leadership academy known as the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. In this academy British Army officers are trained in leadership and apply those principles in theory and practice before they take command of their soldiers. Many overseas countries strive to get places at Sandhurst for the best of their potential officers.

More recently Anthony Malkin spent 5 years in Palestine where he was tasked to establish a leadership academy for Palestinian Security Force officers. With the support of the British Ministry of Defence and with a multi-million dollar budget from the US Department of State, he created a leadership academy for 100 students on a nine-month long course planned every year.

He teaches leadership skills in addition to his English Language Teacher qualification to foreign students of all age ranges.
